Affordability: City's 32% tax hike kills it.
At the November 19 City Hall meeting for London’s 4-year plan, Ian challenged the proposed 32% tax increase. He argued that since the average resident's income won't rise at that same pace, the city needs stronger leadership to keep tax hikes aligned with inflation.
